In 2023, I was involved in Deliveroo's most extensive campaign integrated branding, site-wide promotions, restaurant focus, corporate responsibility communications, and vendor awards over a 10-week period. The campaign commenced with a captivating video advertisement centered around branding, featuring renowned celebrities like Anthony Wong and Jan Lamb. One of the objective was to showcase how the brand cooperates with its couriers and partners to uphold its dedication to delivering food in high quality. This content was widely distributed across social platforms, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and television.
Augmented by high-visibility OOH advertising on street-level billboards, bus bodies, and dominating train station spaces, the campaign achieved significant success. The strategic combination of digital ads and OOH placements resulted in a notable increase in active users and app downloads, signaling a substantial impact on our audience engagement and reach.
